Mi sono agitato non poco quando sono venuto a conoscenza di questo documentario dedicato agli amanti del vinile e della musica su vinile. Non posso di certo vantare la grandezza delle collezioni esposte in questo film, ma l’empatia e la frustrazione provata da molti amanti del collezionismo ad oltranza e spesso incontrollato di dischi non mi ha lasciato senza un certo tremolio intestinale.

L’autore di “Vinylmania” è uno che, come si usa dire, gira da un pezzo e le sue esperienze nel djing e nella sonorizzazione anche in ambienti televisivi aiuta lo svolgersi dell’azione che prende luogo in Europa, America e Giappone.

Molti gli artisti e i collezionisti che si aprono anche molto intimamente e che espongono con grande orgoglio i propri cimeli e di grande impatto le discussioni che nascono e si sviluppano con l’autore che non si perde mai in facili divagazioni, bensì riesce a seguire un fil rouge che permette anche ai non iniziati all’amore del vinile di ritrovarsi in questa esperienza non solo sonora ma anche visiva.

Gli autori hanno lanciato una raccolta fondi su kickstarter per la produzione in dvd del film. La bella notizia è che ci sono riusciti. Non pensavo ce la facessero, visto che solo nell’ultimo giorno si sono lanciati i grossi investitori…

Nun will so mancher der Jugendlichen, die mit unendlich reproduzier- und kopierbaren Musikdateien aufgewachsen sind, dem sinnlichen und emotionalen Geheimnis dieser zerbrechlichen Scheibe näher kommen. Was die Schallplatten-Maniacs immer wussten: “Vinyl doesn’t die” wird jetzt von denen bestätigt, die Schallplatten cool finden.
Paolo Campana, Autor und Regisseur von “Vinylmania”, ist selbst DJ, die Platten sind sein Handwerkszeug und seine große Liebe. Finally, it’s done. It took a VERY long time, from June to November, but I can finally say that the second volume of Sore Throat, Nausea & Headache compilation is ready to be downloaded. Compared to the first one you can some changes and some pleasant come backs (Disleksick and CSMD). Way more genres are covered, going from hardcore to noisecore, giving space to goregrind, shitcore and sludge. There are 33 bands and 64 songs on this second volume and I really want to thank every single person featured in this, for their help and for the honour to have them in it. As always there’s a printable cover + tracklist, so you can burn your own copies and spread it like there’s no future. Keep it for free and make underrated bands known in your local area. Each band featured on this compilation has a picture with logo, contacts and, when provided, some infos. I’m not a graphic and I’m not talented at all, I really hope you will be patient with my graphical work. Ok, enough talk, here’s the list of the bands featured and the download link. Si fa di tutto per evitare il proprio dovere, soprattutto quando si tratta di scrivere lavori maledetti e il cursore continua a lampeggiare portandoci a sentire quel fastidioso ribollire di viscere.

Ho trovato sul tubo un interessante documentario sull’agricoltura del futuro vista però con gli occhi alternativi di chi non vuole partecipare al continuo sovrappopolamento e a stronzate ipertecnologiche e la bell’illusione che un giorno staremo tutti bene e indosseremo tutine sintetiche che ci stimolano anche i genitali fra le altre cose…

Non è così semplice come spiegato nel filmato, ma il margine di manovra per sviluppare nuovi metodi di produzione alternativi sono effettivamente allo studio anche di grandi esperti del settore. Il vero problema, come sempre, sono i soldi e il potere che ne deriva; finché le lobby dell’immensa industria agroalimentare, del petrolio e della sua lavorazione, ecc. avranno in mano le sorti della nostra esistenza, ci sarà poco da fare e, soprattutto, sperare!

Scendere nelle strade in città a fare casino non serve a un cazzo, o meglio, non basta. Mandiamo tutto a fuoco e torniamo dove la nostra specie sarebbe sempre dovuta rimanere.

Vi ricordo nuovamente anche il concerto di domani al CS()A Il Molino a Lugano con Insomnia Isterica, Alfatec e F.U.G.
